The Grange is a small slice of paradise, hidden just steps from the heart of the village of Poussan. The gîte was fully renovated in 2024, blending modernity with the authenticity of stone. The barn consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine with a large glass wall brings light and brightness to the space. A garden shaded by trees offers a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy some grilled food on the plancha.
Accomodation for 5 people.
The main room is 35m² and consists of a living area with a connected TV and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, and freezer. The room is very bright and opens onto the lush garden, with a beautiful 2.5m-wide fixed window.From this room, you can access the first bedroom on the ground floor, which has two single beds that can be combined with a mattress topper to form a king-size bed (160x200). The bathroom is also on the ground floor and includes a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine.
Upstairs is a 20m² mezzanine with a king-size double bed and a single bed (80x200). The mezzanine is enclosed to isolate it from noise, with a beautiful glass wall. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Large shared swimming pool.
Guests have access to a large 9-meter-long pool, located in the garden of the main house. The pool includes a shallow area with a depth of 1.10 meters and a deeper section reaching 1.70 meters.A pool alarm is available for children's safety.
A ping-pong table is also provided.
The pool is accessible in the morning until 12:00 PM and in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Sun loungers are provided for the comfort of guests.
The pool is shared with the owners, who live in the large building attached to the Grange.
